Name of Work:- Development work in Unauthorized colonies in NCT of Delhi. Sub-Work:- Construction of road and R.C.C drain from 40 feet road crossing upto starting point of DDA Land at Durga Mandir Marg in Rama Vihar (Regd No-297) in Mundka AC-08.

3Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
4Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar
5Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
6Supply of building Rubbish/Malba/similar unserviceable material dimantled or waste material by mechanical transport including royalty loading unloading banking the same in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, braking clods watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and up to embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and fluid or filling up ground depression, with all leads & all lifts.
7Supply of earth including excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions by mechanical transport within 10 km. lead and lift upto 1.5m. including royalty.
8Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
9Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns.
10Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.
11Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.
12Providing and placing in position 1.05 x 0.30m and 150mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers of on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 10mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ 200mm for Main Bar and 200mm for distribution bar, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6mm thick , 150mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 10 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
13Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) : Circular manhole 140 cm dia with circular cover 600 mm dia of grade EHD - 35
14Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. EHD - 35 Circular shape 560 mm internal dia.
15Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like.
16Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
17Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)
18Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum. All works upto plinth level. (Note:- The cement considered In RMC 10 is 220Kg/Cum. If any deviation in quantity on lower side is observed subject to approval of Job Mix formula by engineer-in-charge, a recovery of cement @ Rs. 10 per Kg. will be deducted. RMC M-10 with cement content less than 200 KG/cum shall be rejected. Excess cement used more than 220 kg/cum will not be paid)
19Providing and laying (RMC) of M-30 grade by using minimum 400 kg of cement ( 43 grade O.P.C) per cum of concrete, in roads/streets using manufactured in automatic RMC using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate as per approved design criteria, including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of so mixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to accelerates / retard setting of concrete to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope & camber, finishing by floating & brooming with wire brushes etc and curing including making provision for contraction expansion construction of cross longitudinal joints (10mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer in- charge ( Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant items ). (Note:- The cement contents considered in RMC M-30 is 400 Kg per Cum. If any deviation in quantity on lower side is observed, subjected to approval of job mix formula by Engineer-in-charge, a recovery @ Rs. 10/kg will be deducted. RMC M-30 with cement content less than 360 Kg per cum shall be rejected. Excess cement used more than 400 kg/cum will not be paid)
20Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
21Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.( Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). Overhead informatory road signage.
22Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads /pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 16.46.1 Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
