2चाळीसगांव नगरपरिषद हद्दीत शासकीय निधीतून व नगर परिषदेच्या निधितून विविध विकास कामाचे प्रस्ताव तयार करणे. यासाठी जागेचा सर्व्हे करणे, कामाचे नकाशे व अंदाजपत्रके तयार (आर. सी.सी डिझाईनसह) करणे नकाशास व अंदाजपत्रकास सक्षम प्राधिकरणाची मंजूरी घेणे तसेच शासनाच्या सक्षम प्राधिकरणाची प्रशासकीय मंजूरी घेणे इ.
3प्रशासकीय मंजूरी प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर ई-निविदा तयार करणे, ठेकेदारास कामांची लाईन आऊट देणे कामावर दैनंदिन सुपरव्हीजन करणे, कामांच्या गुणवत्ता तपासणीसाठी आवश्यक त्या सर्व चाचण्या अभियांत्राकी/शासकीय प्रयोग शाळेतून करून व कामाच्या प्रगतीचा अहवाल वेळोवेळी नगरपरिषदेस सादर करणे, कामांची मोजमापे घेऊन रनिंग/अंतिम बिले शिफारशीसह सादर करणे इ.
