1To perform Term Contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendments No. 1 to 3 and SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates) together with amendments No. 1 to 122 and New Section 30 and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance of tender.Notes :- (i) The Contractor shall fill the percentage intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above / below the SSR. (ii) If Schedule rates are offered At Par with MES Schedule ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box. (iii) The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-below shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template.
