1Dismenteling of old tiles including stacking of dismentled material etc all complete work.
2Dismenteling of old C.C or Brick Floor including stacking of dismentled material etc all complete.
3E/W Cutting/dressing or ion embankment in ordinary soil exavation to be done pits not exciding 1.5m including all completion of work.
4Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes Cables etc in ordinary soil (loan clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 mtr lead up to 50 mtr and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge with in distance of 50 mtr.
5Providing and laying Cement concrete (1:6:12,1 Cement:6 fine sand:12 Brick ballast nominal size 40mm) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors.
6Class-150 Brick workin (1:4) cement mortar in Foundation & Plinth including supply of all Materials Labour and Tool & Plants etc, required for proper completion of the work.
712mm Thick Cement plaster1;4 in single coat on Both side of single or half brick wall for interior plasting upto flor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finishing even and smooth.
8Supply and Laying GSB including all completion of work.
9Providing and laying 125 micron polythen Sheet including all Labour work.
10Provinding and Laying Pre moulded Joints filler 12mm thick for expention including all labour work.
11Provinding and laying design mix cement concrete of M-25 Concrete or reinforced cement concrete work using cement content as per approved design mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transist mixer for all leads having continous agitated mixer manufacture as per mix desing of specified grade for reinforced Cement work including pumping of RMC etc all work.
12P/L rubber moulded interlocking concrete block with 80 mm thick ICBP having strength not less than 30kn/Sqm complete as per technical specification clause 1500.
13Relaying of interlocking tiles including all labour work.
14Cartage of Earth up to 3Km including all completion of work.
