1Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10,including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operatedspray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing roadsurface as per specificationsOn bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm
2Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix towork site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senor control to the required grade,level and alingment,rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no.505 complete in all respects.
3Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senor control to the required grade,level and alingment,rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no.507 complete in all respects.
4Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carrage of mixed material bu tipper to site,laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
5Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete.
