1Earth work in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or sand) excavation to be in the form of pit not exceeding 50cm in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers including the ramming and dressing the surface to required levels slopes and also including 1.50 meter lift and 30meter lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30meter distance as directed by the Engineer in charge. with mechanical compaction. As per S.I.No.253. Cartage Earth work from 5 Km. Distance.
2Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upt 30 meter and including filling. Watering and ramming of ecavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the lingth and removal and disposal of surplush earth as directed b the Engineer incharge up ot a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches S.I.No. 251.
3Concrete with 4 cm. (1.5\\") gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work. (As in item(275).
4M 150 1st class brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth as per S.I. No. 307
5Granular Sub-Base with Close Graded Material (Table:- 400- 1) Grade-1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.
6Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per T.S.C. 405
7Laying CC road consisting 1:1:5:3 cement concreate coarse sand and 20mm stone grit in road work including cost of all meterial all albour charges As per SI No. 773a
