312mm Thick Cement plaster1;4 in single coat on Both side of single or half brick wall for interior plasting upto flor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finishing even and smooth. No extra for mixing any additive and 1:3 Cement:Coarse Sand etc all complete.
4Providing and Laying of JK wall putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Including supply of all materials labour and T and P etc all complete. Depth 15.0 m to 20.00m
5Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make and quality with two coat to given shade etc all complete. Ch-15 (660)
6Ms for Heavy work for handrailing etc all complete.
7Painting or vernishing on iron work in small area or new work with one coat of reday mix priming paint two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear including supply of all materials labours and T and P etc all complete.
