1Earth work in Filling in ordinary Soil (Loam, Clay or sand) including, lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M form the foundation trenches. 2Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. (DSR SN-4.1.10)
3Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labor T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (S.No. 6.1.1)
412mm thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not excluding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. 5Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and but excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retarder for setting of concrete/improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Note- cement concrete considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately up to plinth level. (New)
6R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 for slab work excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150. (SI No. 284)
7Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level. (10 mm to 12mm tor (TMT Bars).
8Carriage of Ballast, Kankar, Coal, Grit or Sand etc. by head load up to 90 meters (3 Chain only) including loading & unloading but excluding stacking. (Chapter–3 Sr. No.–234)
9Supply & Fixing Granite Board 2.5\\"x4\\" Size Display Board including Painting, Lettering etc. all complete. (None Schedule)
