1Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cables etc in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to
2Providing and Laying Cement concrete (1:6:12, 1cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 Brick ballast nominal size 40 mm ) in all completion of work. In foundation and floor .
3Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand mortar of 1.25 fineless modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc, required for proper completion of work.
4Providing and Laying damp proof coarse 25 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) and curing Complete.
5Providing and laying of stone ballast with stone dust including water allowance for proper consolidation with hand ramming including labour T&P etc all complete.
6Providing and laying of 80mm thick rubbermoulded interlocking tiles over 25-40mm thick local sand etc all complete.
7Earth work in cutting/Filling or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be done form of regular pits not excding 1/2M. in depth and work embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. distance as directed by Engg. i/c.
8Disposal of surplus earth/ malwa upto 5.00 km distance including loading/unloading of material with all charge complete.
9S/F of Victorya bench etc all all complition of work
