5prooviding and fixing hand rail angle work of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work
6providing And laying Checkered terrazo tiles 20mm averege thick marbal chips of size up to 6mm .in floorson 25 mm thick bed of morter1:1:1 etc all complete.
712mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side in 1:4 cement, fine sand etc all complete.
8Providing and laying of wall putty for making wall surface smooth with labour T&P etc all complete.
9Finishing walls with extarial emiulsion paint (Apex) appeoved brand and manufecture and of requeird shead on wall surface all material, labour T&P etc all complete.
10Painting 1st Coat over priming coat (butt Excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surface upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm in area with superior synthetic enamel.ready mix enamel paint of approved quality including supply of all material, labour tandP etc all complete.
11Providing and fixing R.C.C bench with hand rest back rest including all Complete of work.
