3Class-150 (Non Modulao brick work in 1 :4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the wor ( Chapter No. 06 Sr.No. 2)
412mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 'l:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto flool two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceedlng 80mm. ln girth and finished even and smooth. (Chapter No.13 Si.No.1)
5Supply & fixing of pre-cast M-30 cement concrete RUBBER MOLD INTERLOCKING TILES over 40mm thick local sand bed, with 3mm thick joints filled with local sand including levelling, tempering and sweeping etc., interlocking bricks will be as description given in direction issued by the IRCSC-03-2004 and should be ISI marked all complete. 80mm thick, Strength should not less than M-30. 6Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, lncluding cost of form work. ln Foundation and floors..(5-Chapter Sr.No.5 Si.No.6)
7Cartage of Ballast Kant(ar. Coal, Grit of Sandetc, includingloading and unloadrngBut excluding stackings on pucca roads(Chapter- 3 Sl.No 8)
