1Civil Work:
2Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. As per DSR No. 15.56
3Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. As per DSR No. 14.75

5Supply & fixing of Murga Jali.
640mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate Cement concrete for roof 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. As per DSR No. 5.1.3
7Supply of PVC for ceiling and molding with labour and material etc complete work for Roof
8Supply of PVC for ceiling and molding with labour and material etc complete work for wall
9Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per DSR No. 13.80
10Painting two coat over priming coat (but including cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm. Width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 sqm in area white superior synthetic enamel such as LUXOL 3, Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, DULUX specified brushing to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping including cost of all materials, labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per DSR No. 13.62.1
11Total internal electrification work, As per pluck point, light point, fan point, power point etc complete.
12Water Supply work etc. complete
