5P.C.C 1:4:8 cement core sand and stone Ballast in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.. (sor no=281)
6PCC in 1:2:4 with 2 cm gauge app. Stone grits including of all work complete. (sor no=279i)
7R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 4cm gauge approved stone ballast proportions of 1:2:4 in rafts foundation and footing with. (sor no=287)
8R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grits proportions of 1:1.5:3 in Wall/ column (sor no=289)
9R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slabs. (sor no=284a)
10M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage. Bend hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of bindng wire. (sor no=504).
11P/F of 100 mm P.V.C pipe 6 kg/cm sqm for weep hole and including supply & all work complete. (sor rate 24-100mm)
12P/F of black granite display board including supply & all work complete (only)
