2Providing and Laying Cement concrete (1:6:12, 1cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 Brick ballast nominal size 40 mm ) in all completion of work. In foundation and floor .
3Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand mortar of 1.25 fineless modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc, required for proper completion of work.
4Providing and Laying damp proof coarse 25 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) and curing Complete.
5Class-150 brick work supper structure above plinth lebel upto floor to lexle (upto two story) including necessary.
6M.S or Iron Work or Tubular Pipe of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work .
712mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side in 1:4 cement, fine sand etc all complete.
8Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint in three coats of approved quality with one priming coat in even shade including labour T&P etc all complete.
9Painting or varnishing on iron work in large area with one priming coat and two coat of ready mix enamel paint of approved quality including supply of all material, labour tandP etc all complete.
