2Scraping of old white or colour wash including refusal of dismantled material up to 60.0mtr distance as per direction by engg-in-charge.
3Class-150 brick work supper structure above plinth lebel upto floor to lexle (upto two story) including necessary.
412mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side in 1:4 cement, fine sand etc all complete.
5M.S or Iron Work or Tubular Pipe of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work .
6prooviding and fixing Stainless Steel Grade 304) Railing made of hollow tubes channel plates etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work.
7Providing and laying of wall putty for making wall surface smooth with labour T&P etc all complete.
8Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality including supply of all material, labour T&P etc all complete.
9Painting or varnishing on iron work in large area with one priming coat and two coat of ready mix enamel paint of approved quality including supply of all material, labour tandP etc all complete.
10S/F of 1.5 hp submersible pumb ISI mark 2000 Lpm. 60 mtr head i/c all etc (kirlosker/KSB/Cromption make)
