| 2 | Complete dismantling of 132/33 KV, 40 MVA Transformer-I&II (Kanohar & IMP MAKE ) accessories after opening of jumpers, removal of earthings and opening of cables and cable connections , dismantle of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe lines, all bushings, turrets, fan motors, marshalling box, RTCC panel etc. with proper gaskets along with nuts and bolts to complete the jobs satisfactorily including proper stacking. Blanking plates, nuts and bolts shall be provided by the UPPTCL. All other T&P, gaskets etc. shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost at 220 KV S/S Sirsaganj . |

| 8 | Complete erection of new/old & used 63 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer I&II by shifting & erection of radiators, conservator tanks, all bushings, their turrets, connecting all pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panels, marshaling box etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and topping up of transformer oil (Not circulation) in tank radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and all other associated works for satisfactorily completion of work. 132/33 kV, 63 MVA T/F accessories provided by UPPTCL. |
| 9 | Centrifuging of complete/fresh transformer oil in transformer in main tank and filling of balance oil into transformer by centrifuging machine to be arrenged by the contractor with skilled operator and taking the B.D.V and PPM values of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer at 220 KV S/S Sirsaganj Firozabad. |

| 21 | Fabrication of sand storage drums for fire fighting purpose from transformer oil drum for different bay's as details below.. The work includes cutting of drums in two half. Making proper stand of 1 feet in height for the drums by MS angle of size 50x50x6 mm also providing cover on top of it by fabrication with MS sheet of size 18 SWG 650 mm, dia including straitening and bending the sheet in \\"Umbrella\\" shape. Fixing of 02 nos. MS handle in upper side (Opposite to each other). Also providing fixing arrangement of it with drums. Painting the complete drum cover with one coat of red oxide primer of good quality then painting with two coats of synthenic enamel paint in red, under side is white. Writing fire and in opposite side of top covers with white paint and all other associated work to be complete the work satisfactory. Filling the sand storage dum with Yamuna sand after placing in 132 KV and 33 KV switch yard. This complete work comprise as one job. Empty transformer oil drums shall be provided by the department free of cost & all T&P labour and required material shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost |

Fabrication and laying of 200NB MS B Class & 25 NB dia (for Emulsitire) and 100 NB.80 NB dia (for Hydrant) C-class Gl pipe line above the ground as per drawing and specification complete with associated work like cutting bending, welding including fixing of bend/elbow. tee, socket, reducer, flanges etc icluding connecting, fixing with old Emulsifire/Hydrant equipments and pipe line. Above work also includes 03 Nos. crossing of roads and cable trenches under ground digging the earth and finally filling, leveling of earth including concreting of road crossing as per standard ratio of RCC (Under ground pipe line should anticorrosive treated by bituminous painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of best quality ISI mark). Contractor shall be provide supply of all materials, labour. side shuttering if required and T&P etc. approved for completion of work. |
