1Providing and replacement of damaged components of 200 KVA manual voltage stabilizer installed at T/well Govindpura by way of disconnecting of all LT side electrical connections, removal of damaged voltage stabilizer from its installed position and reconnecting all electrical connections again for making pumping machinery operational. Shifting/carriage/dragging of damaged voltage stabilizer from pump room to road side at safer place and loading of same into the vehicle and unloading at workshop for necessary repairs by making use of crane, manual labour and other tools and tackles. The job includes dismantling of 200 KVA voltage stabilizer, extraction of coils from the oil tank. Job includes replacement of 02 no. burnt coils with new ones with good quality material, properly varnishing and drying of the same and repairing of one no. coil. Replacement of internal wiring as per sample. The job includes providing and fitting of MCCB-400Amp-01 No. and Change over-400Amp-01 No. Job also includes providing and fitting of 1no. Rotor switch as per sample. Safely removing all the oil from the oil tank and cleaning it properly and heating the oil so as to remove moisture from the oil. Making of all internal connections, assembling of voltage stabilizer. Dry testing of the assembled voltage stabilizer. Job includes providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 120 litre and Making and checking of all connection. Assembling of voltage stabilizer and then loading of same into the vehicle, unloading at site of work and shifting/carriage of the same to pump room and positioning it at its installed position by making use of crane, manual labour, tools and tackles etc. Job includes cutting of damaged cable ends and providing and fitting of new thimbles of proper rating to input and output cable ends with proper insulation and making of all electrical connection, tightening of loose connection if any and testing of voltage stabilizer along with allied equipment’s on full load. Job includes cost of material, charges for crane, manual labour, loading, unloading, carriage, shifting, handling and fitting charges, including charges of tools and tackles including any other miscellaneous job or item required during execution of job.
