2Execution of works ordered by various work orders through requisitions placed (IAFW-1833) with limitation of amount as per terms and conditions of IAFW-2249 forming part of contract including errata 1 to 20 and amendments 1 to 49 all as per terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of rates Part II - 2020 ( Rates) together with amendments 1 to 122 and Preambles of Standard schedule of Rates part I-2009 (specification) together with Amendment No 1 to 3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - (I) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the appropriate cell this BOQ excel sheet (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above or below MES Standard Schedule of rates Part II - 2020 ( Rates) together with amendments 1 to 122, if '0' % quoted the same shall be treated at par with MES Standard Schedule of rates Part II - 2020 ( Rates) together with amendments 1 to 122. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES in respective column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work orders are priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
