1Preparation of forest land transfer proposal as per Van (Sanrakshan evam Samvardhan) Adhiniyam 1980 with amendments made in 1988 and 2023 and in line with consolidated guidlines and clarifications issued by MoEF from time to time for diversion of 4.90 hectare forest land (GPS co-ordinates of corners- (29°45'31.24\\"N, 78°26′19.96\\"E), (29°45'32.55\\"N, 78°26′28.97\\"E), (29°45'26.15\\"N, 78°26′30.10\\"E), (29°45'24.84\\"N, 78°26′21.20\\"E) ) earmarked for the construction of 400/132 kV GIS Substation kotdwar including obtaining all required approvals from central/state govt., all certificates/NOC required in forest proposal, all NOC under Forest Rights Act 2006, diversion of selected compensatory afforestation land , completing all forest clearance/diversion formalities including preparation of mitigation and conservation plans in all respects in 05+02 copies along with submission of the same on the PARIVESH 2.0 portal and preparation and submission of reply of queries/essential deatils sought by forest department (if any) after submission of forest case till final approval of forest case, tree cutting and approval to start the work at site after principle approval, complete in all respect to start the work at site including all formality required if any.
2Demarcation of 4.90 hect. forest land selected for 400/132 kV GIS Substation kotdwar with RCC pillars of height 0.60 m (0.15m X 0.15 m size) at every 15 m interval or at every corner/change in direction as per direction of site in charge. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
