2Dismantling of existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by engg. i/c. within a distance of 60mtr.
3Class-150 brick work supper structure above plinth lebel upto floor to lexle (upto two story) including necessary.
4M.S or Iron Work or Tubular Pipe of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work .
512mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side in 1:4 cement, fine sand etc all complete.
6Providing and laying of wall putty for making wall surface smooth with labour T&P etc all complete.
7Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality including supply of all material, labour T&P etc all complete.
8Painting or varnishing on iron work in large area with one priming coat and two coat of ready mix enamel paint of approved quality including supply of all material, labour tandP etc all complete.
9Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing andcleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand Light shade nigment using white cement.
10Devlopment of Hedge etc all comp.
11Devlopment of Lawn with selection no-1 Grass etc all comp.
