| 2 | Scraping of old painted surface/ white of colour washing and sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairing of scratches etc. complete, disposal of refuse as directed by E/I within a distance of 60m complete. |
| 3 | Repair to plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in pathes of area 2.5 sqm. and under or as required as per site ,including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,zll complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.( For all heights) |
| 4 | Supply & laying 500micron HDPE sheet under floor,including supply of all materials,over lapping etc,waistage,labour, etc.Required of completion of the work. |
| 5 | Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sourtces : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources all work up to plinth level, complete. |
| 6 | Providing & laying Cement Concrete pavment of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant in pannels. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vaccum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in charge (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately)(Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). |
