Name of Work:- Assistance in Operation of Crystallizer, Filling of Na2SO4 powder in bags and Stitching, shifting & stacking of bags in Crystallizer Plant; dissolution of sodium sulphide flakes and digging & shifting of Sodium Sulphate (Glauber Salt) at HWPK site for two year.

Assistance in Operation of Crystallizer, Filling of Na2SO4 powder in bags and Stitching, shifting & stacking of bags in Crystallizer Plant at HWPK in round-the-clock shifts (including refilling of existing filled bags of Na2SO4 powder of each 50 Kg approx.) which include following major activities:• Cleaning and de-chocking of lines / vessels of the plant;• Shifting of hoses and fittings for making hose connections;• Filling of Na2SO4 powder in bags (50 Kg each). Bags will be provided by HWPK;• Providing stitching machine in working condition with consumables like threads, spares etc. for stitching of filled bags and hand pulled trolley for shifting of bags to the area specified by the Department;• Stitching of bags by stitching machine;• Shifting of bags to the locations desired by the Department and stacking of bags up to 4 meter height (approx.) vertically and• Assistance in document movement.• Assistance in shifting of samples with required document from their collection areas to the HWPK lab. and bringing back of empty sample bottles to operating units.

Works relating to dissolution of Sodium Sulphide flakes (packed in 50 Kg MS drum) in Hydrogen Sulphide gas generation plant, which include- • Sodium Sulphide flakes drums’ lids cutting by contractor’s own tools & tackles; • Transfer of drums’ content to dissolver via Chute; • Shifting of empty drums, drums’ lids & polythene bags etc. to designated area outside of guard house by contractor’s own arrangements; • Cleaning of equipments & vessels- inside & outside in sodium sulphide flakes’ dissolution unit and • Assistance in shifting of samples with required document from their collection areas to the HWPK lab. and bringing back of empty sample bottles to operating units.

Works relating to Digging & Shifting of Sodium Sulphate (G S) from VDS tanks, which include- • Siphoning of sodium sulphate solution from one VDS tank to another as specified; • Digging of sodium sulphate solid lumps by contractor’s own tools & tackles ; • Shifting of solid sodium sulphate lumps from one tank to another as specified by the Department by contractor’s own arrangements.
