(16-Passengers), Schindler make lifts with 13 landing/openings with ARD at rated speed of 1.75 mtr./ second which includes routine, preventive and break down maintenance for a period of one year including repair / replacement of all worn out items, accessories and control equipments, defective parts with minimum down time as per inventory, terms & conditions enclosed etc. complete as required.
2Annual comprehensive maintenance of 8 Nos. (16-Passengers), Schindler make lifts with 12 landing/openings with ARD at rated speed of 1.75 mtr./ second which includes routine, preventive and break down maintenance for a period of one year including repair / replacement of all worn out items, accessories and control equipments, defective parts with minimum down time as per inventory, terms & conditions enclosed etc. complete as required.
