2M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces using CM 1:3, finished the surface even and smooth in ceiling including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.
