2Annual concessioner fees for lease of Bilawali lake for boating and other outdoor activities, to be increased @ 8% per annum compounded annually. (A)
3Digital ticketing revenue sharing percentage for each water sports activity except trading activities in account of Commissioner, IMC Base price, units and count of per day visitors (in INR) (for tender evaluation purpose only, contractor will be free to fix their ticket charges, quoted percentage rate will be freezed throughout the agreement period, only positive rates should be quoted) (Bidder has to quote minimum 21%above the base price)
