2Hiring of Skilled SSO (Substation Operator) for operation and maintenance of 33/11 KV substations, including switching operations, monitoring of equipment, maintaining log books, attending breakdowns, ensuring safety procedures, and coordination for smooth functioning of substation operations as per departmental norms
3Providing and setting up Consumer Complaint Booth, including arrangement of furniture (table, chairs), complaint register, basic office accessories, display of contact details, and necessary facilities for receiving, recording, and monitoring consumer complaints related the works.
4Hiring of Semi-Skilled Lineman for assisting in operation and maintenance of LT/HT distribution lines and DTRs, including line patrolling, minor repair works, assisting in fault rectification, handling tools and materials, and supporting skilled staff in consumer complaint redressal, as per departmental norms and safety practices.
