1Earth work in all kind of soil with all leads, lifts and delifts including laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 Mtr in depth, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size, dressing and leveling the earth etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
2Scraping, cleaning the road surface, applying tack coat using 3.00kg of bitumen for 10sqm and laying 75mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with P.R.R. including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries, cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
3Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
4Providing and applying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)(A) Grade-II (19mm Nominal size)
5Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)(A) Grade-II (10mm Nominal size) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
