| 2 | The bill Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Employers Requirements & Technical Specifications and other relevant documents. |
| 3 | BoQ1 consist of single schedule i.e. \\"Schedule-A' consists of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of one no. M/s EASA make lift installed at the Multi Level parking of Noida Sector-15 Metro Station for a period of 5 Years.\\". |
| 4 | The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect. |
| 5 | Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (₹) only. Tenderer should quote above/below/at par in figures in appropriate highlighted cells in the BoQ1 sheet. If the tenderer fails to quote percentage (above /below/at par) , The tenderer may be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 6 | All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.4 & C2.5 of ITT & clause 10 of SCC. |
| 7 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |
| 8 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates/ percentages shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates/ percentages in figures against BOQ amount in the appropriate highlighted cells in Excel sheet namely \\"BoQ1\\". After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission. |
| 9 | The work executed against all the BoQ items, as detailed in the tender document, shall be paid as per Payment Clause 12 of the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC). The payment shall be released after making all necessary statutory deductions, including any applicable penalties. |
| 10 | Item(s) against which no price(s) is/are entered by the tenderer will not be paid by the employer when executed and shall be deemed to be covered by the prices of other items. |
| 11 | Unless stated otherwise in the tender documents, the contract shall be for the whole of the works as described in the tender documents. |
| 12 | During the currency of the contract, the successful tenderer shall be required to procure necessary insurance policies as stipulated in terms & conditions of the contract refer Clause No. 13-17 of SCC. |
| 13 | The employer shall deduct at source from the bills of the contractors any amount which employer may require by law for deposition with the satutory authorities in India. The employer shall further furnish to the contractor a certificate for such tax deducted at source. |
| 14 | Change/ Variations in Taxes and duties:-Change in Taxes/Duty: The provision of GST applicable at present rate shall be considered and actual GST at the time of execution of shall be paid.Price variation on account of any statutory changes in GST shall be payable.Any additional new tax (if imposed in future and applicable for this type of contract) shall be paid extra by DMRC accordingly as per the provisions of new tax.
