| 2 | Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all leads and lifts upto 1000 mtr.including all cost of labour T&P machineries etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 75mm thickness with IRC grade - III material ( 53 mm to 22.4 mm ) as per table-404 to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming using screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MOSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision)with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost ,conveyance, royalty , cess and taxes of all materials etc. including cost of labours , T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries and quality controle test complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Collecting, supplying and stacking at site for premeasurement and conveying from stacks spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge work (4th Revision). |
| 5 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoSRTH specification for Road & Bridge works ( 4th Revision) |
| 6 | Providing and laying Tack coat with bitumen emusion using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom per MoSRTH specification for Road & Bridge works ( 4th Revision) |
| 7 | Providing and applying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) |
| 8 | Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) |
