1Clearing shrub jungles uprooting sumps and small bushes and trees below 1m grith premeasurement etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
2Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 5Km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and leveling the earth 22.50 cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction maintenance watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment will be made in level section)
3Collecting, supplying and stacking at site for premeasurement and conveying from stacks spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge work (4th Revision).
4Scraping, cleaning the road surface, applying tack coat using 3.00kg of bitumen for 10sqm and laying 75mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with P.R.R. including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries, cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
5Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of (0.60 kg sqm USING mechanical means as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
6Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
7Providing and applying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)(A) Grade-II (19mm Nominal size)
8Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)(A) Grade-II (10mm Nominal size)
9Flank dressing to proper camber including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
10Collecting, supplying and stacking at site for premeasurement and conveying from stacks spreading gravel to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
