Pole should be mounted 4nos of bolts at the bottom and Providing and making suitable size cement concrete foundation with 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2Coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm dia nominal size) with steel reinforcement as per OEM design.The Item includes P/F excavation of earth of suitable size as per approved drawing as required with positioning of foundation bolts- 04 nos, j-type foundation bolt with nuts, washer including 01 nos template of 3 mm thick of suitable size with 4 nos suitable size of dia holes, to match with PCD of pole base plate as reqd with 1 nos. 50 mm dia HDPE pipe of 6 Kg. pressure duly bend of 1.0 Mtr./ required length etc. as reqd.The item also includes for work, water curing, plastering etc complete as req. as per approved drawing.
