1Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation, including the cost of diversion for traffic, crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect.
2Lowering, jointing of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 500 mm dia laying same to correct gradient and alignment and jointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 in all depths complete in all respect.
3Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of renches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres
4cement concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm gauge mixing by manual means
5Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle mixing by manual means
6Shuttering for concrete faces
7First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth
810 mm thick Cement Plaster 1:4 on Side Walls and floor
9RCC slab 1:2:4 with 60 kg steel per cum
10Providing & fixing of Jungla & Man hole complete
11Providing & placing of Steel foot steps complete
12Jointing & Cutting of RCC Plain End NP-2 pipes 150 mm dia into trenches & laying same in correct alignment
13Shutter Arrangement Ø500mm
14Providing and Fixing Alfa Valve dia 500 mm
15Dismantling of flexible pavements thickness above 50mm by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per technical clause 202 of MORT&H specifications
