2Supplying erecting testing and commissioning DI D/F non-rising spindle soft seated glandless Gate Valves( Sluice Valve) with body and bonnet of Ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40, wedge with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber (approved for drinking water ) and seals of NBR. The valves should be with replaceable stem nut and replaceable sliding shoes. Valve stems shall be of single piece thread rolled type. Valve shall have 3“O” rings of NBR for stem sealing. Gate valve shall be compatible for buried application without valve chamber. Face-to- face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/IS 14846 – PD/EN 558 F4 and flange connections as per EN1092-2/IS 1538, Maximum valve operating torque should be at least 40% less than the torque as stated in the standard EN 1074. Electrostatic epoxy power /liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RSL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy coating should be potable water certified. Material of construction :- Body, Bonnet : - Ductile Iron GGG40 (EN-JS-1030) Wedge, (Fully rubber encapsulated):- Ductile Iron GGG 40(EN-JS-1030) encapsulated with EPDM rubber- Portable water certified. Spindle / Stem: -SS: AISI 420 Stem Nut:- Brass Bonnet Gasket: - EPDM rubber potable water certified Internal fasteners: - Stainless Steel SS304 Stem Sealing :- Toroidal NBR sealing rings (Min 03 ‘O’ Rings) Coating: - Inside & Outside epoxy powder coated; DFT minimum 250 micron, shade RAL, 5005 (Signal Blue) potable water certified. excluding GST) PN 2.5 rating a ) 300 MM DIA PN RATING 2.5

11Supplying , erecting & terminating XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire armoured (strip) cable 11 kV(E), 3 x 120 sq. mm. aluminium conductor laid in provided trench / pipe as per specification no. CB-HT
12Providing and erecting Heat shrinkable outdoor termination kit for 11 KV (E) XLPE HT cable 3x120 to 185 sq. mm. with necessary material as per specification no. CB-JT/HT
13Supplying and erecting 11 kV outdoor type gang operated air break, triple pole switch 400 A capacity with 3 post pin type insulator per phase, mounted in horizontal or vertical position with necessary channels on provided cross arm with adequate length of \\"C\\" class G.I. pipe for operating handle erected on extended square shaft.
