1Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical eans (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.
2Dumping stone in Horizontal on level including cost of stone.
3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
4Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns
5Hire charges of J.C.B including fuel, driver and Crawling charges etc complete job
6Engagement of labour / Beldar, Mazdoor
7Hire charges of Tractors including driver, Fuel etc complete job
8Provision for P/L of PVC pipes (250mm dia and L=3m ) L.M.R
9Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat ofapproved steel primer all complete.Welded
10Providing and fixing of Sign Board
11Carriage of materials from source upto Road site of work by M.T.
12Stone aggregates 20mm by an average lead of 12 km.
13Sand by an av lead of 12 km.
14Cement by an av lead of 05 km
