| 1 | M&L for Providing waterproofing treatment as specified below and at any height of roof surface including removal & re-fixing of watertank, plumbing line during waterproofing making good if any holes and refixing the same as directed by Accepting officer and Engineer in charge complete 1) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge 2) M&L for averaging 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type -B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregated as in padding concrete of roof mixed with WPC in the proportion as recommanded by the manufacturer(s), complete all as specified and directed, 3) M&L 10 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) with WPC when the concrete is still green complete all as specified and directed. 4) M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- | | 2 | (a). The roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried upto and cleaned overall foreign material and dust to receive primer. (b). The dry surface shall be primed with Torch shield primer as per manufacturer’s instructions, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane.(c). Providing and laying APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.5 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-before.(d). The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on butane application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane.(e). The APP membrane shall be taken up to minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. \\"Feovert\\" of \\"Krishna Conchem\\" OR \\"Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) | | 6 | 3)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. | | 7 | 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed. 6) M&L for 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces | | 8 | M&L for structural repairs to Columns,beams and slabs and chajja at maximum height of 8mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1) Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed.
