3Supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for complete construction of R.C.C. Over Head Tank of following capacity and staging min 0.6 m above buildup ground level with main components, soil testing and ‐assuming bearing capacity of soil as 8 MT, including cost of survey and supply of design and drawings. All the water retaining components of OHT shall be casted in M 30 grade cement concrete and minimum grade of concrete‐ of foundation and staging should be M 25 with approved opc cement, coarse sand and stone grit as per I.S. 11682 and I.S.456 Seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as per I.S. 1893 for earthquake resistance and I.S. 875 part III for wind load on structure and including 1M wide RCC staircase (Saperate two column based RCC staircase), 1 m wide R.C.C. M30 balcony, M.S. ladder made of 50x50x6 mm angle section and 20mm plain M.S. bars with hand rails of 20mm medium class G.I. pipes, One Stainless steel ladder inside the tank from top dome to bottom dome, railing with 20mm dia medium class G.I.pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, supported on 50x50x6mm M.S. angle section, spaced at intervals not more than 1.5m, proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2 m dia, Food Grade epoxy coating of FOSROC / Asian paints Triblock or reputed brand on inside surface area of water container after testing of water tightness, two coat of apex painting over one coat of primer of approved colour after finishing of RCC surface with grinder,
4Repairs of pin holes, unevenness of all concrete surface and steel pipe works, Ultra Sonic Water level indicator fabricated with sensor connecting to automation, Lightening conductor as per I.S.2309 or its latest amendments of latest electricity rules, consisting of proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points as prescribed in ISS 2309 1969 and I.S. 3013 1966, C.I. /M.S. manhole of min 60x60cm size with locking arrangement.
5Supply, fixing, jointing of D.I.D/F Pipes of appropriate size with D.I.D/F specials conforming to IS 8329/2000 as vertical pipes for inlet/outlet , overflow and washout (as per approved design) with Bell Mouth as per latest / relevant I.S. specifications with all jointing materials for proper completion of work, Construction of 120mm thick RCC floor in 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand, approved stone grit and reinforcemen‐t@8mm dia@250mm c/c both way over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Construction of washout / overflow chamber and chambers for sluice / butter fly valves as per departmental type design and drawing, Supply of 200 mm dia PVC(6Kg-f)/ HDPE (PN-6.0) pipe as per latest relavent I.S. code for disposal of water from overflow and washout chamber to suitable point outside the water works compound including necessory earth filling in campus, Gardening work with 2 nos Palm tree, landscaping work, installation of fountain in water works campus, watch & ward of all campus etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. including testing of bearing capacity of soil for various sites for proposed water works.

9Supply of following sizes of pipes including cost of pipes with cost of its Specials, FOR destination, all duties and insurance charges, cost of jointing materials, loading unloading, third party inspection charges, packing and forwarding charges, road transportation charges etc complete .

12Dismantling of following type of road surface either single or multiple layers (In case of multiple layers only top layer will be measured for payment) for laying of pipe line including sorting out of serviceable and unserviceable materials proper stacking of serviceable materials at suitable place and disposal of unserviceable materials at suitable place. Due to excavation, chowked drains are to be cleared also.

14Excavation of earth in ordinary/hard soil (loam, clay, sand, kankar or any strata ) to give 1 mt. cover from top of the pipe including lift upto 1.5 mt. and lead from centre of trenches and refilling of earth in 20 cm. layers with watering and raimming etc. complete in all respect.
15Carting, laying & jointing following type of pipes and lowering the same into already prepared trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient, including all labour, T&P, supply & fixing of all HDPE / D.I./ CI specials conforming to latest / relevant IS specification as per requirement of site, loading and unloading, shifting of public utilities, interconnection with existing pipe line and seggregation of zone if any, also includes sectional pressure testing of pipe line , barricading for safety purpose etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

18Supply, Carting to site of work, lowering, fixing and jointing of following sizes of fittings in trenches including FOR destinstion, all duties and insurance, cost of fittings, all jointing materials as per latest relevant IS Code, such as rubber packing, nut bolts any type of HDPE/D.I. specials etc. complete work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

21RCC thrust block in RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 part of cement, 1.5 parts coarse sand and 3 parts stone grit 10 to 20 mm ) including cost of material, shuttering, all labour T&P etc. complete work.
22M.S. or iron work in plain work such as R.C.C. work brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work including supply of steel and wastage.
23Supply of all materials and construction of following chambers as per type design of U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban) including supply of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete.

28Construction of 1.0X1.0X1.3 m mansory type byepass chamber including plaster, supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
29Extra Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth due to low land area including supply of all materials, labour,T&P etc required for proper compltion of work.
