1M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
2M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, sub floor cement complete all as specified and directed.
3Supply and providing synthetic acreylic 8 layer for basket ball court flooring on existing concrete base.Description of 8 Layer including base repair material and painting are as follows:- From bottam 8th layer-CC Primer7th layer-Resto surface 6th layer-Pro master cushion-15th layer-Pro master cushion-24th layer-Pro master cushion-33rd layer-Pro master cushion-42nd layer-Filler prime color layerTop layer-Top prime color coatNote:-1) Thickness of CC primer - 0.25 mm thick and consumption ratio shall be 0.01 to 0.013 Kg/Sqfeet.2) Thickness of Resto Surface - 0.35 mm thick and consumption ratio shall be 0.026 to 0.039 Kg/Sqfeet.3) Thickness of Pro-master cushion(Layer-1 to 4) - Each layer shall be 0.65 mm thick and consumption ratio shall be 0.027 to 0.028 Kg/Sqfeetper layer 4) Thickness of Prime color - 0.45 mm thick and consumption ratio shall be 0.024 to 0.025 Kg/Sqfeet.5) The floor shall be durable, fast-drying and enviromental; friendly.6) The guarantee period for flooring shall be 3 yrs from the date of completion of work.
4Taking down shelves from inside of cupboards after taking down of cupboards shutters of any description & of size exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
5M & L for facotry made inbuilt cabinet box type 500mm (inner depth) made with 18 mm thick High Density High Moisture Resistance (HDMR) board in slides, top, bottom, shaelves and back shall be made of 12 mm thick HDMR Board, edges fininshed with 0.8mm thick PVC Tape and shutter shall be of 18mm thick HDMR plain board duly laminated with 0.8mm thick mica of white colour on back side, and all exposed surface of cabinet shall be laminated with 1 mm thick mica of any colour as approved by GE on front, edges of shutter finished with 2mm thick PVC edge band tape of required width including fixing of wall at appropriate height with SS dash through fasteners of size 80 mm long as required No of site, screws etc.cement complete all as specified and directed. The unit includes hardware like Soft close Auto honge,L Towerv bolt, 150 mm/200 mm Handle& lock of make Hettich/Hafele/Godrej and equivalent as per requirement. Note : Only front surface of the cabinet shutter shall be measured for payment purpose in this item.
6Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white color Sliding cupboard Two track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (60mm x 62mm). sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding Interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm). Glazing bead (24.5mmx 16mm) will he mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 21.5mm), Sash (30mm x 18mm), profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware : [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system including 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, aluminum track on bottom rail for two track sliding frame, wool pine for Sliding sash and interlock.] cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass and all other connected accessories.
