5Comprehensive maintenance of 10 passengers lift with 4 landing/opening, which includes routine inspection, preventive & break down maintenance with minimum downtime i/c repair/ replacement of worn out or defective parts under guarantee/warranty and warranty of repaired/ replaced parts for a period of one year etc. complete as reqd. at sec-18
