Supply Of book ruled 2 quire , book ruled 2 quire size :21cms x 29.7 cms (trimmed) (100 leaves per book) numbering: nil printing (i) on cover front cover should be printed with the following (i) indian railway logo of size 70mm diameter to be printed on the fro nt cover at a distance of 70mm from top edge, 70 mm from left & right edge. (ii) book ruled- 2 quire -12 point size, in a r ectangular linear box at the right upper corner. the distance between the top edge of the paper and the top line of re ctangular box should be 20mm and the distance between the right edge of the paper and the right line of the rectang ular box should be 10mm. (iii) southern railway in bilingual text (hindi and english) to be printed at the central positi on in two lines in 18 point. the distance between the bottom edge of the paper and bottom line of the above text shoul d be 65mm. (ii) on text page (i) (one) point ruling to be done widthwise (21 cms). the gap between the ruling should be 8m m. margin should be 3 (three) cms from the top edge &1.5 cms from bottom edge. (ii) ir monogram of size 2.5cm diameter to be printed on right hand corner and 18 point sr to be printed on left hand corner on every page in blue ink. paper: 1) cover--pink coloured printing paper of thickness 70gsm with a tolerance of +/- 5% to be pasted on both sides of the c overs. 2) inside pages-maplitho 60 gsm as per is no.1848/1991. binding: board flush, superior quality binding cloth confo rming to is 10582-1983 on spine section sewn (thread stitched 2 places of 9 cms in length). two cloth strips pasted on t he straw board. packing: 50 books in a bundle. proof: to be got approved by dy.cmm/gsd/per before final printing [ warr anty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] [quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitted: max 8 lacs ] ]
