Supply Of traction engine and electrics for detc. , a) supply of traction engine and electrics kit for detc as per plw sor doc n o. plw detc/30906313 rev-5 of aug-2025 & rdso specification no. ti/spc/ohe/8wdetc/0092 r ev.-2 of august 2015. b) installation of all items covered at item- (a) above as per releva nt drawings and detailed scope of work as per doc no plw/detc/30906313/tr. electrics i nstallation & furnishing r-2 of march-26. c) final assembly and testing of 8w-detc bogie s as per sor doc no. plw/detc/bogie-assy rev.-1 of aug-25. d) installation of air brake eq uipment in 8w-detc shell as per sor doc no. plw/detc/air brake-installtion rev.-2 of aug -25. e) testing and commissioning of above equipment in plw as per plw sor doc no plw d etc/30906313 rev-5 of aug-2025 & rdso specification no. ti/spc/ohe/8wdetc/0092 rev.-2 of august 2015. f) final commissioining of detc at the holding depot on zonal railways as p er rdso specification no. ti/spc/ohe/8wdetc/0092 rev.-2 of august 2015. [ warranty period : 36 months after the date of delivery ] ] , comprehensive annual maintenance contract (amc) for detc/us traction en gine & electrics to plw doc no. plw/ldo/amc/detc/002 issued in july, 2025.annual mainten ance of the traction motor shall be required and carried out only during the first th ree (03) years of the amc period and no maintenance activity for traction motor shall be carried out by the contractor for the remaining two (02) years. the rate should be quoted accordingly. note: this is composite tender for procurement of traction engin e & electrics kit for detc and amc for 05 years beyond warranty period. bidders are re quired to quote charges for amc on annual basis (for each year separately) for post w arranty period. the evaluation of offers will be based on total cost of traction engin e & electrics kit for detc and net present value of the amc cost of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5 th year after the warranty period.the net present value (npv) will be worked out at a discounting rate of 10%. the system will calculate npv of amc of offer automatically b ased on which ranking will be done. amc period: 5 years, rate of discounting: 10%.
