| 1 | M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane and WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A'). |
| 2 | M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatment / specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. Bituminous primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be \\"SUPER THERMOLAY\\" manufactured by M/S STP LTD or MOPLY FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. |
| 3 | Supply only liquid water proofing compound. |
| 4 | M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for brickwork with burnt fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m meanradius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) nominal mix type A1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 7 | Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams for flat rough finished concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) nominal mix type A1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beam, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span and similar work complete all as specified and directed.Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 9 | Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hauchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves, for flat rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for mild steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer or tilling complete. |
| 15 | M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles (450x350x7mm thick) on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |

| 19 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after applying 2 coats of cement based wall putty 1 mm each to wall surface complete all as specified and directed. |
