1Surface Preparation, Treating the Cracks, Cleaning of surface with the help of various equipment's wire brush etc. and surface to be made dirt, oil and foreign particle free. Once the cleaning is done the site area will be washed with water to do away with micro fine particles from the waterproofing area. All the area where waterproofing job will be taken should be closed for normal foot traffic till complete curing of water proofing job. Repair of surface with polymer modified mortar (cement/water/Fosroc Nitobond SBRlatex). All the cracks to be repaired and filled with polymer modified mortar .Any loose area present on the surface will also be repaired with PMM. Repair area will be required to cure for one day before application of waterproofing coating on the surface. Any pipe penetrations in the surface will be repaired and sealed with PMM.
2Injection Nozzle Packing/ groating : Drilling and fixing injection packers in RCC members for cementitious grouting. drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendations/ requirements, cleaning the holes by air blowcr prior to fixing nozzles. Insert 12 mm dia, 50-75 inm long PVC or equivalent injection packers in cleaned holes with fast setting mortar like Renderoc Plug or equivalent. Cut the packers by cut of whcel aller completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. lnjection Grouling: Supplying & applying plasticised expanding grout admixture cementitious grouts Cebex 100 of Fosroc or equivalcntl having Chloride content Nil as per BS:5075, Typical unrestrained expansion of upto 1% in general. The admixture should be mixed a 225 gms per 50kg of ement. as per manufacturèrs speciticationand as directed, Grouting of Structural Cracks ( it any): Injection Nozzle Packing @ Cracks: Drilling and fixing injecetion packers in RCC members for grouting, drilling holes in structural members at the intervals 200 mm c to c or as per site requirements, cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Pressure grouting using moisture insensilive, low viscous epoxy grout Conbextra EP 10(M) of Fosroc having mix density 1060 kg/m3,Compressivel 2) Strength (ASTM D695)-60 N/mm2,Tensile Strength(ASTM C 304-97)-20 N/mm2.Flexural strength(BS 6319 Part 4)-45 N/mm2. Finally cut the projccted nozzle and seal with RENDEROC HS EXTRA. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
3Providing and applying water proofing treatment to sound moisture frec concrete surface using Brushbond RFX Grey manfactured by Fosroc Chemicals India Pvt ltd and applied by Fosroe authorised applicator. Welt eleaned dry and leveliled concTete surface shall be primed with Nitobond SBR Late.(diluted with water in a ratio of 1 Part SBR Latex: 4 Part Water:5 Part Cement). applied at covcrage of 10sqm/1.itret After Dilution), followed by application of Brushbond RFX Grey a recommended consumption of 12-14 sqm Pack for 1 mm 1hickness in two coats. Brushbond RFX is High performance Elastomeric cementitious wateproof coating. It shall be applied in two coats at coverage rate of 12-14sqm/Pack to a achicve a minimum WFT ofI mm. The membrane formed shall confirm to following minimum properties:1) Pot Life: 30 Min @ 27C as per ASTM D 4060.454T.638. ASTM C&36 2) Mixed density : 1.68g/cc (Brushable consistency)3) Adhesion to concreie >1N/mm24) Static crack accommodation: 1 mm8) Toxicity Non- ToxicSystem includes supply, application, termination, complete in all respect as per the manufacturer's specification and methodology Nitroseal PU-40 & Fiber mesh ete.Protection screed EP -EPOXY CONCRETE bonding agent for use sereed bonding over the coating Providing and laying of average 100 mm thk (min 50mm at the drains) M20 grade Conerete in slope admixed with approved integrul walerproofing compound like Conplast WLXtra @ 200 ml/s0 kg cement bag. including making of concave coving of size 100mn * 100mm at the wall-tloor corners using saneconcrete. (Item will be contractor scope)
