1Site cleaning and water-dewatring work .
2Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr ( 100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches
3Providing & Laying cement concreet in 1:5:10 40mm gauge stone ballast etc. As per DSR 4.1.10
4Shuttering work for drain wall as per DAR 5.9.2
5Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) .As per DSR 5.2.2
6Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202
