1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
2Providing & Laying cement concreet in 1:5:10 40mm gauge stone ballast etc. As per DSR 4.1.10
3Ist class brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DSR-6.1.1
4Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 cement C-sand and 20mm gauge stone grit etc. As per DSR (4.1.3)
512mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1cement:4coarsesand) AS PER DSR 13.4.1
6Neat cement punning as per DSR 13.18
7Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) .As per DSR 5.2.2
