1SPLIT UNITS (HEAT PUMP TYPE_WITH INVERTER TECHNOLOGY)- (5 Star Rated)Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity Hi Wall type split air-conditioning unit for heating and cooling with inverter technology, suitable to operate between 180-260 volt, 50 Hz, 1 phase power supply, with air-cooled evaporator with coil, fan, and fan motor, air-cooled condenser with hermetically sealed rotary/ scroll compressor (with green refrigerant gas i.e.R-410a/R-32/R-407c/R-134a), condenser coil, propeller fans controls, control panel, including power cable from IDU to ODU and control wiring,cordless remote, Necessary supporting arrangement for indoor unit, M.S. stand duly Powder Coated/ Epoxy painted as per approved shade by architect to locate Outdoor Unit with necessary vibration isolation arrangement as per site condition etc. The Unit should be at least 5 Star rated. The Refrigerant pipe size and gas quantity should suit to the copper pipe length at actual. The capacity guarantee should be ensured by the manufacturer.Civil Work such as wall hole making , wall chisling ,refilling of chiseling part with mortar etc as per site condition.The Outdoor unit Compressor must be provided with 5 Year Warranty Period.
