Bids Are invited for Operation of lifts in three shifts (24×7) on round-the-clock basis, including Sundays and holidays, by semi-skilled manpower (Lift Operators).The Lift Operator shall possess minimum two (02) years of relevant experience or ITI qualification and shall be well-versed with safe operation, emergency rescue procedures, and handling of lifts.Manpower deployment shall be shift-wise as per the approved duty roster and operational requirements, under the overall supervision and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative.Tentative manpower requirement:a) Sundays: Equivalent to 12 man-days per Sundayb) All other days (except Sundays): Equivalent to 27 man-days (or as directed by the Engineer in-charge) , Supervision of day to day operation and maintenance of Lifts includes machine room, electrical panels, control panels, drives motors, car cabin, mechanical parts, breaks, ARD etc. & other miscellaneous parts by carrying out routine inspection comprising of daily, weekly & monthly checks, maintian proper maintenance records and registers etc. to ensure uninterrupted safe & smooth operation of all the lifts by 01 No. of Highly Skilled manpower i.e. Supervisor having ITI/Diploma qualification and minimum five (05) years of working experience for handling/ operating/ maintaining Lifts of various capacity as per given schedule or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. , Comprehensive maintenance of lifts of various capacities to ensure uninterrupted, smooth, and safe operation, including repair, rectification, rewinding, and replacement of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, along with accessories of the lift, including mandatory safety checks.Provision of alternate arrangements for components taken down for repair to avoid service disruption.Deployment of a minimum of two (02) skilled manpower, having ITI/Diploma qualification and minimum three (03) years’ experience with Lift OEM, shall be stationed at AIIMS Raipur premises (excluding weekly rest) to attend preventive, scheduled maintenance, and breakdown calls, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.Notes:a) This item excludes batteries, exhaust fans, and lights, which are covered under Item Nos. 4 to 8.b) This item also excludes replacement of car enclosure, car flooring, car doors, door beading, door frames, and hoistway enclosure.c) 1 Job = Per lift per month. , 08 Passenger – 10 Nos. Johnson Make Lifts (Hospital Complex) , Supplying & Replacement including taking out of defective Exhaust Fan with necessary arrangement etc. in 08/13/26 passenger lift, as required, specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in the lift installed at AIIMS Hospital Complex. Warranty period: 1 year , Supplying and replacement of Sealed Maintenance-Free Battery of following capacities complete in all respects, as per site requirement. Warranty period: 1 year , Sealed Maintenance-Free Battery, 12V, 18Ah , Sealed Maintenance-Free Battery, 12V, 7Ah , Sealed Maintenance-Free Battery, 12V, 2.5Ah , Supplying and replacement of car light fixture with 10–20 W LED light as following, complete in all respects, as per site requirement.
