8M.S. (tor steel or plain) reinforcement work including bending, hooks, and binding wire.
9M.S. or iron work.
10Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) with close-graded material, mixing, spreading, and compacting with vibratory roller.
11C.C. 1:1.5:3 with 20mm stone grit.
12Painting or varnishing work on new wood or small areas with priming coat and superior quality ready-mixed paint.
13Supply and fixing of inauguration 1*1 stone.
