6All in all comprehensive maintenance of Variable refrigerant volume (VRV) air conditioning system including indoor units , out door units , cordless control , refrigerant piping , control cables , remote control , drain piping , consumables , LT panel etc. complete in all respect as per OEM's guidelines and standard terms & conditions of PWD to meet out the maximum efficiency of the machine. (132 HP)
7Providing experienced and Highly skilled/skilled/ semi-skilled labour for electric repair/ maintenance / operation of Air conditioning/Air cooling/Fire fighting/Lift/DG set/CCTV/EPABX or any other electromechanical systems as per requirement (one shift of 8 Hrs per day for 26 Working Days in a month) (one shift per day) Minimum wages rate in NCT of Delhi From Order F.No.(142)/02/MW/VII/Partfile/211-241 Dated 15.04.2025.
8Skilled Electrician /wiremen for operation of any electrometrical system round the clock in 8 hourly shift ( Complete rate 1297 )
9Semi-skilled/Helper for operation of any electrometrical system round the clock in 8 hourly shift ( Complete rate 1180 )
