| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical motor driven horizontal split casing casing (HSC) type two stage pump sets suitable for the mentioned components, capacities and specificton. The pump shall be coupled with existing 75 HP motor with suitable coupling and other accessories to make the complete pump-motor set functional as per site requirement including carriage to workshop and back. this includes common base plate, flexible coupling with gaurd and all neccessary allied materials and miscellanious works for interfacing with existing infrastucture/pipe line, transportation of all equipment to the site and alignment of the pumpset on the foundation etc. as per required-a) Pump:- 138 m3/hr capacitiy at head of 84 meter ,1450 RPM capacity horizontal split casing type two stage pump having CI casing, Bronze impeller, , shaft of En-8 & gland packing etc as required. ( Efficiency not less than 70 % at duty point)b) Base Plate:- Fabrication from suitable structural M.S. channel as per manufacturer's/JNU Engineer's recommendations for mounting common pump-motor set there on duly finished and painted with synthetic enamelled paint, Nut & bolts etc. for complete motor & pump set.c) Foundation:- Suitable R.C.C. pump foundation as per manufacturer's design with foundation bolt (Min. 06 Nos. of J-Bolt M-16, min. length 250mm) of approved design duly finished and cement plaster. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc. as required.concrete ratio should be 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)d) Priming Arrangement:- Priming Arrangement with suitable size of GI pipe, Union, Socket, elbow etc. complete as required from discharge line to pump casing as per direction of Engineer - in- charge including dismentalling of old existing GI pipes, valves, foundation etc complete as required.e) providing & fitting of suitable range of Pressure gauge.Location:- East gate pumping station. | | 2 | Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead alongwith dismantling of existing installed pump-motor set as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. | | 3 | Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbow, tees, flanges, tapers, nut-bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/celling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthatic enamel paint of required shade complete as required: | | 4 | 150 mm dia | | 5 | Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS 780 of following size as required: | | 6 | 150 mm dia | | 7 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of following size confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washer etc. as required: | | 8 | 150 mm dia Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
