2Lubricant checking and topping up in Dumpers & water tankers at workshop/ parking place in two shift including contractor's profit (01 No. semi- skilled labour and 01 No. unskilled labour in each shift)(Average 10 dumpers/water tankers per shift).
3Daily electrical checking, battery maintainence, Toe Starting, demounting-mounting of self starter, alternator, battery, electrical harness routing and helping in troubleshooting of dumpers and water tankers at workshop/parking place in two shift alongwith departmental manpower including contractor's profit (01 No. semi- skilled labour in each shift) (Average 10 dumpers/water tankers per shift)
4Manpower should check/troubleshoot mechanical breakdown and act as helping hand with fitter for checking of dumper, leakage arrest, nut bolt tightening, air lock removal etc in dumpers and water tanker at Workshop/Parking Place in two shift alongwith departmental manpower including contractor's profit.(01 No. skilled labour and 01 No. semi-skilled labour in each shift) (Avg 10 dumpers/ water tankers per shift)
5Manpower should do miscellaneous welding/brazing/gas work for minor repair activities of ladder, mirror stand, foot step, leaking tubes, cutting, welding of pin locks, removal of broken bolts etc. in dumpers and water tankers in one shift alongwith departmental manpower including contractor's profit (01 No. skilled labour in each shift) (Avg 10 dumpers/ water tankers per shift)
